"When we decorated the office, we put our heads to get to find a designer and a project manager. We teamed up in everything; nobody held the absolute decision-making power. Our vital business principle is to operate with honesty, integrity and transparency,” Rattana explained. She also pointed out the modern-style glass walls that reflected the idea of transparency in administration. Everybody in the office can see each other across the hall.

“The management standards must show in our office environment. Our clients should be able to see the company’s atmosphere and culture, in which we put great emphasis on work-life balance and quality of life. This is because the office is where all employees work on their creative ideas. We take care of every minute detail to make sure of safety and hygiene in the workplace. We provide adjustable desks and chairs, suitable air-conditioned room temperature, and adequate lighting. We even invested in building new stairs to provide convenience to our employees.” All of these attempts do mirror the company’s idea of social responsibility, which covers every area in the society from organizational to national levels.
