People in Japan have the highest life expectancy in the world. They also have lowest rate of people effect from Amnesia, or breast, anal, and intestine cancers. The trick is they tend to eat more vegetables, tofu, and soybeans more than people from elsewhere. Moreover, they prefer to eat only until they feel 80% full which is the best way to practice calorie, sugar, and fat restrictions. But how do you know it is 80% full? The answer is: you won’t feel any abdominal pain if you happen to run after meal.

Alaska and Canada

People in this part of the world stay in good shape and hardly suffer from heart attack. Why? They gain lots of Omega 3, 6 and 9 found in deep ocean fish like salmon, sable fish, tuna, and mackerel. Anyway, try To avoid eating farmed fish as they have less nutrients and good fats than those living in the wild.


Although French people enjoy eating lots of cream sauce, cheese, and drinking wine, they rarely suffer from heart, cardiovascular, and pulmonary diseases. The secret is they split their meals into 5 smaller meals a day, eat in a slow manner, while enjoy the beautiful scenery at the same time. This may prove that living in good environments can bring you good health and lots of happiness.

If you wish to live long just like Italians, next time you are out of town, you’d better wake up early, breathe in that precious fresh air, and relax. Oh! The reason why Greek people stay healthy is because they eat the Mediterranean diet, which is high in fruits and vegetables, legumes and olive oil. These diets contain less fat, but give you more fibers. Experts say that Greeks are likely to have less risk on cardiovascular disease and cancers because they eat quality food.

During holidays in upcountry, instead of driving like normal, biking is another healthy and fun option for all Americans because it keeps your body fit, alive, and helps freshen your mind as well.
