Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and set performance goals for key account sales staff, focusing on designers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships by planning engagement activities with designers and contractor groups to enhance brand trust and create sales opportunities.
- Develop quarterly product presentation plans and coordinate with relevant teams to prepare key product information and communication strategies.
- Conduct client visits and product presentations, supporting the sales team in specification planning and product placement to increase customer confidence.
- Monitor and evaluate performance against KPIs, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual summary reports as required.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts, including scheduling appointments, presenting products, and continuously monitoring customer needs.
- Verify and follow up on product information before handing it over to the next department to ensure accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Follow up on issued quotations to maximize conversion of quotations into purchase orders (PO).
- Ensure adherence to the Sales Manual to minimize operational errors and maintain a high standard of sales processes.
- Collect and analyze competitor pricing and discount structures, preparing comparison reports for management to support pricing strategy decisions for each project.
