All complaints must be submitted through the designated channels. Providingfalse information or making malicious allegations is considered a disciplinary offense,according to our company’s personnel regulations. as follows:

Fact-finding investigations shall be conducted confidentially, providingprotection to whistleblowers and ensuring that the accused are presumed innocentuntil proven guilty.

In cases where findings suggest disciplinary, ethical, or fraudulent misconduct,a fact-finding committee shall be formed to gather information and evidence fromvarious internal and external sources. The committee shall then issue a conclusion andpropose disciplinary actions.

Approval of disciplinary actions shall be based on the findings and recommendationsof the fact-finding committee.

The results of fact-finding investigations shall be reported to the Board ofDirectors, Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and relevant department heads.
