Agoda, a global travel technology platform, has developed its new office at One Bangkok to support the company’s continued growth while elevating its workplace to fully align with its identity as a global tech company.
This project reflects a modern workplace design approach under the concept of a “Campus Office,” accommodating over 4,000 employees. It emphasizes flexibility and seamless collaboration across teams. The workstation areas are designed with a hot-desking model to support hybrid working, featuring sit-stand desks and fully ergonomic chairs to enhance employee well-being and long-term productivity.
The surrounding environment is thoughtfully planned to support a variety of work styles, including open collaboration zones, focus pods for tasks requiring deep concentration, and a large-scale smart locker system that ensures efficient and organized usage for a high volume of employees. Meeting spaces are designed to accommodate everything from large-scale gatherings to small team discussions, covering the full spectrum of needs for a global organization.
