Congratulations to the winners of BIM Object Competition 2025 under the theme “AI Design Tools for Inclusive Green Growth,” a significant platform that provided architecture and design students from over 30 universities nationwide the opportunity to showcase their potential and creativity.
At the award ceremony held on November 6, 2025, Rockworth participated in presenting awards to the grand prize winners, runners-up, and various special award recipients from sponsors. Notably, the “Top Downloader Rockworth Award” was presented to the team that downloaded Rockworth models the most to create their outstanding work for this competition.

We also commend all teams that advanced to the Top 10 finalists, each demonstrating remarkable dedication and exceptional potential in developing quality work.
Integrating Technology with Sustainability
The projects showcased in this competition reflect the creativity, potential, and vision of the next generation who seamlessly integrate AI and BIM technology with environmental consciousness and sustainability. This aligns with the “Inclusive Green Growth” concept, which emphasizes development that considers social, economic, and environmental dimensions.
These emerging designers demonstrate not only strong technical skills but also awareness of environmental and social responsibility. They will be a driving force in advancing the nation’s architecture and design industry while caring for our planet sustainably.
